• Social Program 1  - Excursion by bus to the Quinta de EncontroWinery (Anadia)  55€

• Social Program 2  - Visit to the Palace of Schools (Baroque Library, Saint Michael's Chapel and Royal Palace) of the University of Coimbra, 8€**

• Access to all talks, poster sessions and exhibition booths.

• Coffee breaks and lunches (participants with dietary issues should inform the organizing committee in a timely fashion).

• Book of abstracts and conference bag.

• Social receptions.

• Conference banquet (boasting a fine selection of local and regional dishes and wines).

• Free-wireless connection throughout the conference

Proforma Invoice

A pro forma invoice can be download at personal area but first is required fill some data.

• Choose a Fee

• Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an grey button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.

Cancellation and Refund

• For any cancellation received until June 30, 2024, refund will be subject to a fee of 50 €

• For any cancellation received after June 30, 2024 no refund will be made

• All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant

• Any request for refund must be addressed to isysycat2025@chemistry.pt 

• Refunds will be handled after the Conference 

It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
